This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a professional office runs, build communication skills, and explore future opportunities in insurance or business - without cold calling or licensing requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Assist with inbound calls, messages, and basic customer inquiries
- Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Help maintain accurate records and update customer information
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and email
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Requirements:
- No insurance license required
- No cold calling required
Compensation & Schedule:
- $17/hour
