About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2017 and today we’re proud to have a strong team of 13 dedicated team members. I’ve been with State Farm since 2004 and previously served as an Agency Field Specialist, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful office — not just in production, but in people, leadership, and culture.
I’m a parent of two young adults and I love travel, exploration, and learning new things. I’m also passionate about building an agency that performs at a high level while still being a place people truly enjoy coming to every day. Over the years, our agency has earned top State Farm recognitions like President’s Club, Exotic Traveler, MDRT, and Chairman’s Circle — and we’re just getting started.
Giving back is a big part of who we are. I serve as President-elect on the Chamber Executive Board, we’re involved with Habitat for Humanity, and we encourage team members to stay connected locally by offering paid volunteer time (including opportunities tied to Young Professionals, Lakes Area Professional Women, and Chamber of Commerce involvement).

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
